Quattro nuove sostanze aggiunte alla Candidate List

L'ECHA ha aggiunto quattro nuove sostanze all'elenco delle sostanze candidate a causa della loro tossicità riproduttiva, dell'interruzione del sistema endocrino e di una combinazione di altre proprietà problematiche. Quest'ultimo provoca probabili effetti gravi per la salute umana e per l'ambiente, dando luogo a un livello equivalente di preoccupazione per sostanze cancerogene, mutagene e tossiche per la riproduzione (CMR), persistenti, bioaccumulanti e tossiche (PBT) e molto persistenti e molto bioaccumulabili (vPvB), rispettivamente.
La decisione di includere due delle sostanze, numero 2 e 3 nella tabella seguente, è stata presa con il coinvolgimento del comitato degli Stati membri (MSC).
Un'ulteriore sostanza, l'ultima nella tabella seguente, è stata aggiunta all'elenco che è stato identificato come SVHC dalla Commissione Europea a causa delle sue proprietà di interferenza endocrina. L'MSC ha riferito questa proposta SVHC alla Commissione nel 2016.
